OUR CULTURE

INCLUSION RIDER We are committed to ensuring that at least 20% of talent on our Productions, on- and off-screen, identify as being from an under-represented background: from a Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic background, have a lived experience of a disability, identify as LGBTQ+ or be from a low socio-economic background.

THE PLEDGE We empower our senior leaders to take responsibility for behaviour on their sets and responsibility and accountability for taking action when things aren't right.

ASSISTANT PRODUCER ACCELERATOR PROGRAMME One of the many ways that we invest in developing the next generation. The programme is designed to take 15 skilled researchers from across the industry to participate in a 12-month funded training programme.
