I enjoy attending Auburn University because the experience it has given me has accurately prepared me for my next step in life. The university has equipped me with practical areas to grow in, and it has given me a support system to do so. I have met my best friends through campus organizations and campaigns. It has taught me the importance and joy of getting involved on campus and in my community!
I encountered a blend of positive and negative experiences at Auburn. The academic programs are commendable, with knowledgeable and dedicated professors who foster a stimulating learning environment. The city of Auburn itself is delightful, offering a charming atmosphere and friendly locals. However, certain aspects of my experience leave room for improvement. The lack of diversity on campus is palpable, which hinders the opportunity for a well-rounded and inclusive college experience. The campus life, while not entirely devoid of activities, could be more vibrant and engaging for all students' interests. The limited variety of campus food options leaves students with a monotonous dining experience. Furthermore, the lack of housing options on/near campus poses a significant challenge. Finding affordable student housing remains a challenge, adding unnecessary stress to their academic pursuits. Despite these shortcomings, my time at Auburn University was mostly positive.
