Downtown no Gaki no Tsukai ya Arahende!! is a Japanese variety show which stars comedians Matsumoto Hitoshi, Hamada Masatoshi, Tsukitei (Yamasaki) Hōsei, Tanaka Naoki and Endō Shōzō. It is best known to western audiences for the annual No-Laughing Batsu Games and the original version of Silent Library. Submissions aren't limited to just Downtown no Gaki no Tsukai ya Arahende!!, you can post anything related to the members of Downtown, Cocorico and Tsukitei Hōsei.

Just from that touchline kick on and run you can tell Uchida was a good player, it's harder to pull off than it looks and he did it effortlessly. Hamada's passes weren't too bad either pretty decent technique, put his foot through it nicely most newbies hit it like with a golf stick so can understand the surprise, and Hamada is 60. I wonder if he ever trained in the sport? If he hasn't it's a shame(?) he could've made it pro as a central midfielder although in the 70s and 80s not a great career choice in all honesty. His comedy career turned out pretty well anyway I think
During an episode of Downtown Now (aired on July 20, 2018) Hamada talked with professional soccer player Takashi Inui and revealed that he played soccer for about two years in elementary school but he would much rather prefer baseball because there's no "wabi-sabi" in soccer, and so he didn't follow the World Cup at all.
