Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings, help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.

I think he is a worthy successor to the late Claire Raynor. I just hope she doesn't come back to haunt him for pinching her crown!
This is shamelessly an agony aunt tribute act by someone who admits to being no psychologist. Yet he has heaps of common sense and experience. Towards the end, I found his acerbic wit had been replaced by too much empathy and concern. This allowed the ghost questioners too much leeway for self pity. Obviously, this is my opinion and will only be shared by a few.
I found Graham to be an insightful writer and after reading his memoir, I will now read his novel. His contemporary voice is certainly worth listening to.
