The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, October 11, tease that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will fear Diane Jenkins’ (Susan Walters) secret while Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) considers setting a Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) trap. Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will also launch a new investigation, so let’s talk about what’s ahead on Y&R.
For starters, Tucker will tell Ashley his Monte Carlo sob story and insist he’s a changed man after that horrible racing accident.
Although Tucker will apologize for mistreating Ashley and hope to make things right, Ashley just won’t buy this new-and-improved act.
Tucker will seem hurt when Ashley doesn’t particularly care about what he’s been through or believe that he’s learned anything.
There’ll be some bickering over whether Tucker is truly reformed, but Ashley won’t see how she can possibly trust him.
However, Tucker will assure Ashley that he has no intention of hurting her ever again.
Ashley will have a hunch that Tucker won’t be easy to get rid of, but Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will think they can use that as part of their plan.
Since Ashley, Nikki and Phyllis will agree there must be a Diane and Tucker connection, they’ll discuss the possibility of using Tucker’s feelings to manipulate him and gather Diane info.
Ashley will be wary since it’ll mean spending more time with Tucker and fueling his obsession.
At the same time, this could be their best shot at bringing Diane down, so Ashley may decide to take one for the team.
Meanwhile, Victor will launch an investigation into Tucker’s comeback.
That means Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) will tackle another risky assignment, so let’s hope he doesn’t end up stuck in a Peruvian jail cell this time!
Over with Kyle, he’ll be torn between his head and his heart.
Kyle won’t want to believe Diane is deceiving him about anything, but there’ll be some warning signs that prove difficult to ignore.
Will Kyle suspect Diane’s link to Tucker or just grow suspicious in general? Either way, Diane will struggle to keep a lid on everything and leave Kyle concerned.
