The debut album of minor supergroup Humble Pie presents a loud, borderline progressive sound that the band would abandon by the second album, and never returned to again. Peter Frampton' writing was supposed to be the attraction (evidenced on “Stick Shift” and “I’ll Go Alone”), but Steve Marriott provides most of the thrills. This reissue includes the band’s first single, “Natural Born Bugie” b/w “Wrist Job,” along with another outtake.
