On inside cover - This year marks the fortieth anniversary of the relase of The Ark, our last album for Columbia records. The title song was an oblique protest against the folly of the Vietnam war. Forty years hence, it appears that we're all in the same boat again, if you'll pardon the pun. Sober conclusions aside, this disk contains tracks from all of out albums, recorded at home with the benefit of musical hindsight, a sentimental journey.There's only one more thing to add - it feels good to have my old mate back in the picture after all these years. Welcome back Jeremy Clyde.
