The Wildcats finished 9-3 overall and 7-2 in the Pac-12 for third in the conference behind Washington (13-0, 9-0) and Oregon (11-2, 8-1). The program's eight-win improvement from its 1-11 campaign in 2021 is the largest two-win improvement in program history.
