Coworker (33M) acting in a confusing way towards me (32F)

I’ve been working with my coworker for a few months now. He is constantly staring at me and smiling. He tells me all about himself, personal things included (nothing inappropriate). He will do anything for me - if I need something, he’s right there, and sometimes he will bring me things or fix things for me apropos of nothing. He has also started talking about us having lunch together to give me the “off the record” dish on the office.

He also sometimes acts way too buttoned-up around me, like he’ll switch from being really personable with me to reining it way back in. It’s like dealing with two different people.

Does it sound like he’s into me?

TLDR: Not sure how to interpret coworker’s behavior towards me
