The space
Designed by Wyatt and Gray Architects, this modern house was completed in mid 2022.

A gas fire, underfloor heating and radiators will keep you toasty warm in the winter months.

A well equipped modern kitchen with quality appliances is ideal for those who want to entertain, self cater and dine-in.

The open plan kitchen, dining area and tastefully furnished lounge make this a great space for family and friends.

All bedrooms are located upstairs and have hotel quality beds, built-in wardrobes, bedside tables, lamps, and radiator heaters in each bedroom.

The master bedroom has its own ensuite and the main guest bathroom is conveniently beside the other guest bedrooms.

In the summer the indoor outdoor flow means you can enjoy alfresco dining in the sun drenched courtyard with a BBQ and large teak outdoor table and seating.

The cottage is in the heart of the village and two doors down from a popular local pub, The Fork and Tap. Sounds from the beer garden can be heard so if you're looking for silence and solitude you may want to look elsewhere. If you're looking to be right in the heart of adorable Arrowtown, and feel just like a local, then this is the place for you!

A travel cot is available for guest use at no extra cost but must be requested. Set up and cot linen can be provided at an extra cost of $40.

Parking is available immediately behind the house, 5 seconds away in the Romans Lane public carpark or in the surrounding streets.
