Attending high school is the most influential period of your adolescent life. My experiences with both have taught me valuable life lessons, both good and bad. During my time at Antelope Valley High School, I have developed both inside and outside the classroom as a young adult. This experience has made me more independent, self-driven, cautious about whom I choose to surround myself with, and motivated me to attend college.
It has been the best experience of my life to attend Antelope Valley High School because I have developed lifelong relationships, have connected with people from different cultures, and have learned from teachers and have learned more about myself. I would consider the unclean campus to be the most challenging aspect of my experience. The university should develop a program that involves students in keeping the campus clean while at the same time making it enjoyable for them.

It’s a very understanding environment where they help you achieve goals, they involve everyone, its safe
Attending Antelope Valley High School all four years has broadened the way I look at it. My school definitely has flaws that flow within the school culture and administration. I feel that academically are school has great teachers but not enough support needed for all students. There isn't enough motivation. I believe a fix to that would be monthly check-in's with student counselors, as a way to better set and fix goals monthly.
