Looks like we're going shopping this summer, " it won’t be insignificant"
The Sky Blues are reported to be one of three Championship clubs, including Hull and Middlesbrough, keen on Levski Sofia’s Andrian Kraev, according to Bulgarian outlet Sportal.bg. The 25-year-old is currently being forced to train with top flight club’s reserves after refusing to sign a new contract, with the player due to be available on a free transfer in July when his contract comes to an end.
“[Mark Robins says that the recruitment team] work really hard and that part of the business is evolving all the time. Dean is moving that forward as quickly as he can and as much as he can. We always talk about the players and options we might have to improve, and they will be there and will become different and better over time.
“The processes that are being put in place are going to be robust and will be there for a long time to be built upon and improved. And that’s why it’s exciting. But yeah, we look everywhere really, wherever the players are we have to look to see if we’re interested in them, how are they going to fit in and what’s the pathway; how to they compare to the top players in the division.
“....I think there will be some reasonable recruitment and movement this time around as well, although I don’t see it being the number we had last year. But it won’t be insignificant.”
