While this film would very much like to be a comedy about a jazz-loving car mechanic whose petty crim brother comes out of prison and keeps trying to drag him into ineptly criminal schemes, sadly it isn't. Gratuitous tonal shifts, cliche, and dubious racial stereotyping make it a cringe to watch.

There is decent production value and better acting then expected, but not enough to make this film stand out. However, Adrien Brody is terribly miscast...again. An average and passable heist thriller which will be forgotten shortly after the credits roll. 5/10

Great performances by Christensen and Brody. I'm only giving it five Stars because they both deserve it. But what the fuck are either of them doing in this movie. Especially hayden who has the fit for big budget films. Christensen really needs to better films and start getting cast more because there is a lot of potential there. Same goes for Oscar winning Brody who has no business being in a movie like this.
