Great food, no complaints! Ambience could be better inside, the out door patio is much more scenic as you are outside seated on old brick in an outdoor area with overhead pergola. Inside ambiance does not reflect price point you pay for food / experience.

Looking forward to an Italian meal after a UF tour turned into along endeavor with mediocre food at best. Our reservation for 4 was at 6:30 (which we arrived on time for). The restaurant was pretty empty upon our arrival, but did fill up the 3 hours we were there. After 30-45 minutes I asked who our server was, they apologized for the wait and sent someone over about 5-10 minutes later. We ordered our appetizers (which were great) and our entrees at the same time. Unfortunately our food was not served until 9pm, 2.5 hours after arrival:( and no one was happy with their food. We will not be dining there again. I would like to mention the front staff was extremely nice, unsure what was going on in the kitchen though!

Service was absolutely outstanding! Food very good and nice cozy atmosphere. It was a little cold in there though so take a sweater!

Possibly the longest I’ve ever waited for food. Over 90 minutes and that’s only because the server was trying her best to push them along. Another table near us waited even longer and finally just paid for their drinks and left!!! At 10pm I told her to just box it up so we could eat at our hotel. Our server said every table she had that night complained so I have to assume this is standard practice. Food was ok, the sweet server was lovely and tried her best. What a mess.

We were so looking forward to a lovely evening. 7:30 seated and my daughter and I didn’t get our meal until 9:00!!!! Thankful for the server who desperately tried to follow up. Major efficiencies in the kitchen- I think only 1 Chef. Manager was completely overwhelmed and didn’t really know how the handle anything. My chicken Marsala came out cold. Daughters Baied Ziti was good. Sadly disappointed!!

Food quality was excellent. Each of the six in our group had something different from grouper and veal to manicotti. I thought the required gratuity at 21.5 % was a bit high so additional tip was minimal. I get mandatory service fee but staff would be more motivated if required was 18% to allow customer to show appreciation by adding 5-7%.

Delicious entrees and incredible portion sizes. They need more waiters, bartenders, and bussers. Also they got the butter in tin foil cubes like you’re at a Carrabba’s 🤨 It’s cutesy and tucked away from downtown. Lovely little date night if you’ve got a little extra cash to spend on your spouse, but nothing to write home about. Save the money, buy a bottle of wine and cook spaghetti together instead.
