Almost two years after her sister Lady Kitty Spencer tied the knot with South African businessman Michael Lewis in an extravagant wedding that saw fashionistas flock to Rome, Lady Amelia Spencer will walk down the aisle to wed her handsome beau, Greg Mallett.
Greg, a health, fitness and nutrition guru, revealed he and Lady Amelia will exchange vows in four months’ time, by sharing a stunning selection of photos of his glamorous fiancée on Instagram. ‘I did a thing for you. 4 months until I marry the love of my life!,’ he gushed in the romantic social media love letter. Lady Amelia replied: ‘Ahhhhhh this is so special! I love you with all my heart angel. I can’t wait for [eternity] with you.’

The couple, who now spend much of their time in London, became engaged when Greg popped the question in July 2021, 11 years after meeting at the University of Cape Town. Their love for each other is clear to see, even more than a decade of romance. Indeed, at Tatler’s Little Black Book party, the pair were seen canoodling and posing for loved-up snaps - in between dancing with Lady Amelia’s twin Lady Eliza, her partner Channing Millerd, and the Spencers’ half-brother, Samuel Aitken (who yesterday unveiled his new blonde hairstyle).
Details of the nuptials are being kept under wraps but it is expected they will wed in South Africa, where Lady Amelia was raised and where they have spent much of their time together. Certainly she won’t have to look far for wedding planning advice as Lady Kitty threw the wedding of 2021.
Lady Kitty's wedding was the highlight of the social season last summer, and took place in Rome. The 31-year-old wore a series of Dolce & Gabbana gowns for the occasion, and was accompanied down the aisle by her brother, Viscount Althorp, and half-brother, Samuel Aitken, in lieu of her father, Earl Spencer, who could not attend. Other guests included Jade Holland Cooper, the Marchioness of Bath, Pixie Lott and of course, Lady Kitty's glamorous younger twin sisters.
