Experience also shows that emptying the parking lots and the departure of some 11,000 cars takes 1.5-2.5 hours. So we recommend that our guests stay a while after the final whistle and take up our post-match offers. You could, for example, see the press conference live on our video walls, visit the Paulaner Fan Treff North or wander through the vast FC BAYERN STORE to fill up the time that would otherwise be lost in the car park. In addition, the FC Bayern Museum is open for another two hours after the final whistle on Bundesliga home matchdays.

  • The police advise all football fans to take advantage of the extensive public transport services offered by the Munich transportation authority (Münchner Verkehrs- und Tarifverbund (MVV)), which will get you to matches safely and on time.

Take the S-Bahn from Munich Main Station or Munich East Station to Marienplatz, a central transfer hub. From there take the U6 underground line (in the direction of Garching-Hochbrück) to Fröttmaning. The travel time from Marienplatz to Fröttmanning is approx. 16 minutes. From here visitors can get to the stadium via the Esplanade.

Another option is to use our Park + Ride facilities. Just park you car at a P+R facility and use public transport to get to the stadium. Visitors travelling from Franz Josef Strauß airport can find specific instructions on the MVV website (link below).

  • Parking violations on matchdays will be punished with penalties.

The aim of Allianz Arena München Stadion GmbH is to provide safe and usable parking spaces on the Allianz Arena site. In this context, we would like to thank all motorists for their understanding that delays can always occur after the end of a sold-out football match when more than 40,000 visitors want to leave the grounds by car or coach.

It is in our shared interest - and the increasing number of suggestions from customers confirm this - that access and exit in the multi-storey car parks is not made even more difficult by illegal parking.

In recent years, parking violators have been repeatedly warned of these offences and wheel clamps have been attached to vehicles in critical locations or the vehicles have been towed away. However, these measures have been ineffectual. We therefore consider it absolutely necessary, in the interests of safety and convenience, to punish parking violations in the car parks on matchdays with penalties.

Information on the amount of the penalties can be found in the “General Terms and Conditions of Parking and Use" of our service provider APCOA, which are displayed in all car parks for everyone to see and can also be viewed on this page.

    ATTENTION PARKING VIOLATORS!

  • There’s a new and improved signposting system so that visitors can get to their seats more quickly. On the ticket, the corresponding area is indicated with a letter A-S, the so-called “core”. Once you’ve reached this “core”, you’ll be directly in front of your block. If you have seats in the upper tier, you’ll be on the right stairway.

    • When leaving the car parks follow the traffic management system directions and use all available lanes.
    • Take the shortest route to the motorway. To ease the traffic flow do not turn round on the roads around the stadium!
    • Don't stop unnecessarily, and do keep things moving!

Leaving via the München-Fröttmaning-Nord junction on the A99 motorway

    • Use the München-Fröttmaning-Nord junction to join the the A99 Munich ring motorway. From here you can save time and avoid stress to travel in any direction: to Stuttgart, into Munich city centre as well as to Nuremberg, Deggendorf/Passau and Salzburg.

    • For Nuremberg or Deggendorf/Passau take the A 99 motorway to the AD11 Munich-Feldmoching intersection(AD 11) and change to the A 92 towards Deggendorf. At the AK4 Neufahrn intersection take the A9 for Nuremberg or straight on for Deggendorf/Passau .
    • Turn off the next junction Munich-Neuherberg (AS 12a) for the München- Süd intersection, the A 8 Munich - Salzburg or the A 94 Munich - Mühldorf - Simbach and travel back to the München-Nord intersection.
