My daughter had an excellent experience at Allentown Central Catholic socially, academically, spiritually, and athletically. The staff and coaches were excellent! The support surpasses the typical school support you expect, you are part of a loyal community, a family at ACCHS for life once you walk through the doors and does not end when you receive your diploma! Somebody once told me you can’t explain it unless you went there as a student
Or have a student there and it’s true, it’s hard to understand the capacity of excellence, until you are involved in it!

Review Allentown Central Catholic High School

Allentown Central Catholic (ACCHS) includes diversity and several courses to take. Although you have to meet their requirements on a course, there is a lot to taken in between the Athletics which favors certain people, the low budget Art & Music Department. There's a mix of teachers that care and don't. Students although are mixed with very rich kids and party every weekend to where they exclude kids who are poor. The social media & marketing is great for parents to keep up to date. The school needs room for expansion & their own stadium!

We'd 'shopped' high schools throughout 7th & 8th grades and had already been accepted to a private school and been offered a very generous scholarship. We visited Central on a whim and on the way out, with one foot still inside the school, my daughter announced "This is where I'll be going to High School". Best choice she's ever made. The staff is fully devoted to the students, they ensure students are prepared for college, students are celebrated for their achievements. Not all Catholic schools are rooted in faith but from our first visit, we could feel that God is ever present at ACCHS and the religious education of our students is as equally valued as their college preparation.
