What inspired the All Star program?
As the original brand of youth culture,
we saw an opportunity to play a more
purposeful role with communities
around the world. Our goal is to support
bold ideas and empower emerging creatives.
Is there an age requirement for the All Star program?
All Stars applicants must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence.
Will I be compensated for joining the All Star program?
We do not compensate All Stars for joining. Our partnership is based on live and digital experiences, creative opportunities, product and networking opportunities provided by Converse, and active engagement. Once part of the Converse All Stars, if you are commissioned to do specific work with Converse, you will be compensated in accordance with a set of terms and conditions defined in a formal legal agreement between you and Converse.
Where is the Converse All Star Program active?
The All Star Program is active in 33 cities around the world. Please refer to the application link to see if we are active in your city.
How long can you be a part of the All Star program?
The All Star program runs on a yearly cycle, commencing in mid-June and concluding the following June. All Star community members will need to reapply for the program at the conclusion of each yearly cycle and readmission to the program is not guaranteed.
Are there prerequisites (qualifications, experience or education) to be selected as an All Star?
No. We are looking for individuals who want to take the next step in their creative careers and are open to learning, connecting, and collaborating with other emerging creatives.
Are there any restrictions for applying to the Converse All Star program?
At this time, we are not accepting applications from individuals who have existing commitments and/or agreements with Converse’s competitors, as defined in Exhibit A of the application Terms and Conditions.
