He also played Morgan Edge on Supergirl.
As well as a DB Cooper knockoff on Lethal Weapon, which could be made as a similar argument since he robbed a bank.
If I had a nickel for every season finale that he died and was ridiculously revealed to be alive the following season, (or alive in essence by other means cough sylar cough) I would have 3 nickels, Which is a lot. Almost as ridiculous as Ali Larters unlimited amount of characters- the show just clearly wanted to keep the actors employed by that point lmao
Have you seen the Chucky series that's on Peacock? Devon Sawa is playing his 5th character in 3 seasons
he kinda did the same in agents of shield
Agents of Shield, General Talbot. Maybe not rich but similar character
Proposing a third ; in Desperate Housewives, he's playing in a short role of a lawyer helping one of the main character. She wants her husband to get out of jail, and AP is basically attracted to her and using his wealth to convince to leave him.
Yep came here to say this one
Profit: am I a joke to you?
He was also Morgan Edge in Supergirl
First I thought he played Harvey Specter in Suits but then realised they weren't the same. It was Gabriel Macht.
He actually is the definitive voice of iron man in my opinion. Like he is to Iron man whay Steve Blum is to wolverine. Dudes played Iron man in like 5 films and 3 shows haha
No that's not weird. He is an actor. And 2 isn't very many
It’s also not that weird of a thing. This meme is supposed to be used for two very weird and specific things. Even Zachary quinto playing two serial killers with mommy issues isn’t specific enough
Something like “if I had a nickel for everytime Matt Damon played a guy stranded on a planet I’d have two” or drew Barrymore playing a teenage a girl that was made fun of for writing and reading a poem she wrote about a jock she had a crush on” not the best examples, there’s some that are even more crazy similar of an actor playing a nearly identical character in two different and unrelated movies/shows but I can’t think of anymore.
But a guy being type cast doesn’t count.
No, those were good examples. Well said
I just remembered!
Penn Badgley playing a kinda poor guy from New York that loves books and old school tech and is obsessed with a blonde girl that’s not really that into him at first, stalks her and thinks he’ll save her from the terrible life she’s leading and get her away from the horrible friends she has while not realizing he’s just as awful if not worse
He was Graviton on Agents of Shield.
That show has a small but active fan base.
OK, and? I was giving an example of him playing a morally questionable character. There’s a show from the 90s where he was a lawyer or a stock broker, but I’m blanking on the name.
I thought you were a fan of the show and would have recognized the reference.
The name of the show you're blanking on is Profit, by the way.
Sorry, my bad. I missed the reference. Thank you for the show title
No he’s not, he’s just an angry air force general who pops up every now again. He doesn’t become pivotal to the show and get super powers at all. Don’t pay any attention to this if you’ve never watched Agents Of Shield before. Also if you’ve never watched Agents Of Shield before you absolutely should. It’s worth the first 7/8 episode slog through the start of the season to when it gets good and once it gets good it gets fantastic.
So Season 5 was a group hallucination? Watch the last few episodes of it. Was Daisy fighting her imaginary friend?
Wow
Wow, look at this
https://marvelcinematicuniverse.fandom.com/wiki/Graviton
Heavens to Murgatroyd, it’s Adrian Pasdar! And he played Graviton! Like I just said!
He is also a rich dirtbag fbi employee in The Rookie
I thought it was CIA.
And they both can fly
Three. Profit.
Check out his 2 part episodes in ‘touched by an angel’. Oof!
Also a traveling salesman in Secondhand Lions, sells a lion to a couple of old men out on a farm.
If they bring back any of the og characters, Aidan Gallagher could be a younger Nathan Petrelli.
This is just type casting
If I had a nickel for every time Thomas Gibson played a patrician San Franciscan with a Corgi, I’d have two nickels. Which isn’t a lot, but it’s weird that it’s happened twice, right?
(Tales of the City/1993, Dharma and Greg/1997-2000)
