Following the acquisition of Time Sport International by Mont Blanc Sports Group Holding Sarl, the holding of the Rossignol Group, all management of Time Sport USA has transitioned to the Rossignol Group’s North American headquarters in Park City, UT, as of July 6 2016.

Time Sport Canada will continue to be managed in Montreal, QC by ARG Sports, Inc.

“Time Sport is a brand steeped in innovation and competitive excellence – much like the iconic winter sports brands that represent much of our portfolio,” said Ron Steele, President, Rossignol Group North America. “With impressive production facilities a short distance from our Group’s international headquarters in France, the similarities, crossover, and counter-seasonality of cycling and winter sports make the addition of Time Sport a very promising and exciting acquisition for the Group.”

Heading up this new business in the U.S., current Rossignol Nordic Division Manager, Ryan Green, has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing for Time Sport USA.

“As an avid skier and cyclist, this role is a natural fit for Ryan,” added Steele. “The support of our existing business structure and staff in Park City, and the commitment of additional resources to the cycling business will ensure we continue to provide the support our customers have come to expect of our brands.”

Additional resources added to both the Nordic and Cycling divisions will help support both business units, beginning with the appointment of Carlos Interone. Most recently a contracted employee of Time Sport USA stationed in LaCrosse, WI, Carlos has accepted the newly created role of Digital Marketing Manager for Time Sport USA in Park City. Carlos will work closely with Ryan and the Group’s established marketing team as he focuses on the execution of digital marketing initiatives and media relations for Time Sport International.
