Wonderful school with dedicated teachers and staff! I enjoyed my time here, even with the pandemic that affected my freshman year. I still had an excellent experience and look forward to embarking on my next chapter of my education.
It’s a very sports-focused school, which means other extracurriculars don’t always receive the appropriate amount of attention. (Examples include Performing Arts and Music)
Students who take AP courses at Acalanes should be adequately prepared for college courses, they’re very similar in workload. In terms of diversity, the school is (predictably) predominantly White and Asian. I would personally like to see an increase in funding for non-sports parts of the school, as 2 million of the budget last year was spent on dying the football field blue. There is surely a better use of the schools resources.

Acalanes is lowkey rich, and it's super well funded, but to be honest the community can be pretty exclusionary, especially if you haven't lived here your whole life.
