It starts with harrowing black and white footage of Rwandan refugees during the Rwandan Genocide of 1994.
Fading in and out between the footage is black text on a white background.
We know you hate being asked for money.
We now see crying, starving children.
So please send your old shoe boxes.
Children are shown dead(or sleeping, it's hard to tell) on the ground. Cardboard boxes are also shown.
We're running out of coffins.
Then we see the Africare logo.

Scare Factor: Near the edge. The music is already creepy enough, but the footage of dead children makes it so much worse. The wham line "We're running out of coffins" may shock a large amount of people.
