Overview
Title:  Materials and Process Requirements for Air Force Weapons Systems (S/S by MIL-STD-1587)

When used in conjunction with Mil-Std-1530, the other integrity program documents (Mil-Std-1783, Mil-Std-1798, etc.) and Mil-Std-1568, it is expected that structurally reliable aerospace systems having a good balance between acquisition costs and life cycle costs will result.
