I wanted to download the episodes of the original cardfight vanguard, I don't know where to download them, HorribleSubs is not a thing anymore, and most of the places that allow you to download these episodes through torrents have no seeders.
However, the episodes are on 9anime, so I was wondering if there is a way to download them. Thank you!

Tldr: use mp4upload to download anime as for vidstream downloading is gone. If mp4upload doesn't work you'll have to use an Extension such as Internet Download Managers.
can I like airdrop a download from my laptop, onto my phone? is that possible?

I tried this method but sadly it's working on some episodes and some episodes can't. The combination of letters and numbers aren't shown when I play the video after opening inspect and heading to network>media. Any idea why this happens ?
There is a way which I use to download in Mobile.
Install Kiwi Browser
download Video Downloader for Web extension
Select Streamtape
Play the episode and pause it
Go to the extension from the 3 dot menu and select Video Downloader for Web Extension
There you'll see the anime name with a button to share link, download & play
Press download OR Play which should open a video in New tab , looking press the video and download
i use a extension call Video DownloadHelper, but i dont use this extension to download the video, i think that part is paid, i use it to copy the link of the video and then download the video with jdownloader 2
the fastest download was Vidstream but sometime the link that you obtain is a HLS and JD cant download that, for me the best second is streamtape but you need to click play the video once to the extension can recognize the video
