Its fingerprint validity sensor driver USB\VID_138A&PID_003C&REV_0086
But its not under drivers of mine product . Any Help from HP Supporters ?

Yes, I see that now.
I should have checked the link before I posted it.
There is none to be had anywhere right now.
In any event, see if the driver I zipped up and attached below works.
You will have to manually install the driver as there is no exe file.
To manually install the driver, download and unzip the file to its folder.
Do not do anything with the files in the folder.
Go to the device manager and click on the fingerprint sensor needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked, and the driver should install.
Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file which shows driver support for the hardware ID you posted.

Hi:
It looks like all the fingerprint sensor drivers are missing from the 8x60p model series.
This one should work for you...
