首先我要说的是，按照Mae Hong Son酒店的标准，这儿相当不错，也很宏伟。但以国际标准来看，还是有些不足。优点:-公共区域/环境很漂亮；-房间很宽敞；-早餐还可以(不是以国际标准来看)；-有机场穿梭巴士服务。缺点：离市中心约1.5公里远；-房间比较老旧（但还过得去）；-浴室也很老旧，需要翻新（到处都是掩盖受潮的劣质密封胶，浴帘发黄，热水也用不了）；-住的那间房有扇联通门，所以会听到其他房间传来的声音和电视噪音；-冰箱很吵，电视很旧；-虽然我是一个人入住，但被安排在有两张（分开的）双人床的房间；-洗一袋衣服要价900泰铢!!!也就是£20，这太荒谬了，这样的收费我还以为是伦敦最贵的酒店呢。

We are pleased that you have taken the time to share your feedback with us via TripAdvisor. It is through valuable comments like your very own that we can continue in our efforts for further improving our services in the future. Firstly, we are glad to learn that you appreciated our Hotel’s lovely surrounding grounds. On the negative aspect, please accept our sincerest apologies for the dismay caused. The matters concerned will be shared with our Team, and steps will be taken for immediate improvements to room checking procedures and towards plans for further improvements in the future. On the same note, we would also like to inform you that the laundry cost charge as per hotel laundry list is available in the room. 我不知道在湄宏顺府还有什么其他酒店。就这家来说，价值一般，有些过时，但在这个地方还是不错了。值得注意的一点是，这里到处都是楼梯。如果你腿脚不便的话，就不适合住了。记得定个单数房间，这样可以住在后面，比较安静，偶数房间都朝着街道。早餐不错，但是选择不多。

很棒的泳池，花园的景色很不错。对于这个价格来说，房间还可以。酒店不久之后需要翻新。地理位置在城市之外，需要乘坐小汽车或者公交车来到达一些餐馆。很奇怪，这是一家拥有很多房间的大酒店，但是我只看见了四个其他的客人。

我们家冬游的时候我在这里住了两晚，这家酒店真的很舒适。因为酒店没有电梯，所以我建议年纪较大的旅客可以要一间一楼的房间。自助早餐很不错，餐厅是早上6点至10点供应的。游泳池是可以用的，一整天在外面游玩回来，尤其是下午接近晚上的时候游泳最舒服了。我觉得这是城里四星级酒店的最佳选择了。

酒店距离市中心不到10分钟。但是酒店和市中心之间没有可雇佣的交通工具或班车。淋浴和浴缸的水龙头应该要换了，因为很难用它控制水温。没有管理层来与VIP团队碰面。副经理缺乏经验，不够随和。
