I'm glad to revisit Island Shangri-la even in the pandemic period. It is meant for my wife birthday celebration instead of business trip. As usual , hazardless and warm welcome check in experience. Follow by an impressing welcome from the guest relationship officer, Irene to escort us to the room and provide us some surprise for birthday celebration. The room has been decorated for birthday and comes with a delicious birthday cake later. We also received a handwritten birthday card with our photo imprinted into it, prepared by the guest relationship team (Nicole, Hailey, Irene, Cindy, Gigi, Sarah) at the night. I'm glad to stay at the hotel with privilege feel not just only for business but also for leisure purpose as well. It was a memorable birthday for my wife. I'm glad that the hotel still maintain top notch customer service.

I stayed in a suite room at Island Shangri-La along with my fiance. This stay was to secretly propose to her.
Long story but short, my stay at Island Shangri-La has become the very best hotel experience so far - I have probably stayed at more than 50 hotels around the world.
From the first moment we got into the hotel, to the last moment we left the hotel, we remained extremely touched by how we were treated by staff members of hotel.
So our special thanks go to the Guest Relations team for their amazing service and warm care. Huge thanks to Nicole, Hailey, Irene, Cindy, Gigi and Sarah. You really made us feel extremely special by constantly listening to us and addressing all our major requests. More importantly, thank you all so much for arranging such a wonderful surprise proposal set. I would also like to thank Rachael and Cathy at Front Desk who helped us feel very welcome all the time.
Moreover, this hotel is extremely clean, equipped with wonderful restaurants and facilities (including the swimming pool and lounge), and in a great location.
I highly suggest this hotel and we will definitely stay here again in the future.
