This case consists of two parts, the inner frame and outer case, which need to be installed separately. Please follow the steps below:

Do not force the stand past 85°. This is the stand’s maximum angle and opening it further will cause damage to the stand and/or case.

Do not press down too hard on your phone when the stand is in landscape mode and the kickstand is fully extended downwards as this may cause damage to the stand and/or case.

Do not tap too hard on your phone screen when using the kickstand as this may cause your phone to fall over.

You may have accidentally purchased the wrong size of case.

All of our clear cases are made, in whole or part, from the highest-quality polymer, which retains its clarity for as long as possible. However, all polymer naturally yellows over time if exposed to sunlight, sweat, and/or skincare products.

If your case yellows within the warranty period, please contact us here and we will send you a replacement, no returns necessary.

You can prevent yellowing by regularly cleaning the case inside and outside with an alcohol wipe and by not exposing it for long periods to sunlight, sweat, and/or skincare products.

No. The Camera Guard comprises a raised edge that fully surrounds your phone’s camera area and prevents scratching from contact with surfaces. This raised edge in no way blocks your camera lenses and has no effect on photos.
