A newly renovated, fully equipped and winterized private waterfront cottage with everything that you could want for your vacation! The building has a bright, clean open concept layout and a full kitchen with enough space to fit 6 adult guests comfortably. The loft is great for little kids!
The cottage sits on a very quiet 1.8 acres wooded lot and tons of outdoor space for the entire family. There's access to a BBQ and fire pit, along with a large private beach and great swimming!

The space
This cozy, private & picturesque 1400 sqft cottage on Cranberry Lake in Haliburton and has one large bathroom and two bedrooms with queen sized beds, a loft with two double sized beds and a futon - great for kids! There's also a pull-out couch in the living room. The kitchen is clean and fully stocked with everything you will need, all new stainless steel appliances installed January 2021. The couches in the living room and bed frames, mattresses and box springs in the bedrooms were newly replaced February 2023! There's plenty of seating area to enjoy your time inside. There's a smart TV with Roku and Netflix available for you to access with your own account. (No cable or Satellite TV). We also have WiFi access.

There's plenty of space to sit and relax outside on the deck, or enjoy a day on the water on your own private, sandy beach! The waterfront is shallow and great for swimming. We have a small aluminum boat with paddles that you can use, and there are a few life jackets to use (adult, children and infant sizes available). The lake is quiet with very little boat traffic and has excellent pickerel, pike and muskie fishing!

The cottage is fully winterized, has a wood burning fireplace, and is a great base for the various winter activities that are possible in the area (skiing, ice fishing, dog sledding, snowshoeing etc). You can also light a fire in our outdoor fire pit during the warmer months. We also provide indoor firewood.

Other things to note
Bedding, linens, and bath towels are NOT included. Guests must bring their own pillows, pillow cases, beddings, and bath towels.

PETS: DOGS ALLOWED BY PRE-APPROVAL ONLY.
ADDITIONAL $50 PET CLEANING FEE APPLIES.
- $50 Pet Fee must be paid prior to check-in or your dog will not be allowed on the property.
- Your dog must be house trained.
- Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated if left alone.
- Your dog must be on a leash outside.
- You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog.
- Limited to ONE dog only.
- Please pick up after your dog and no pees or poop on our decks.
