A local seller has posted a 2015 Scout with ABS brakes. I can’t find anything that talks about ABS on Scouts until 2016. He says I’m wrong. Did Indian sell 2015 Scouts with ABS brakes?

It might be an International model. Those all have ABS. ABS wasn't available in the states until 2016.

In the US, ABS was only available on model year 2016, and only on the model that came in Indian Red.
I know because I traded in a 1st run 2015 Scout for a 2016 ABS. and researched ABS availability extensively.
So if it's a 2015 with ABS. it was either added afterward or it's a non-US model.

It is a black one. He says it does not have the ABS sticker. He bought it in April 2015 in the US. On the ABS models are the brakes connected? He says these are not.

Get the dealer to show you the pump item #5.

You can try a vin search also, mine is a 49 state bike and shows up as such. Guessing the international should show up with an identifier also.

Also look at the international users manual, it shows an abs light that should come on prior to startup. I have the same light on my Chieftain.
