Don't Be Cruel / Hound Dog
The biggest hits of the 1950s according to Billboard Magazine.

Source: _Billboard's Hottest Hot 100 Hits_ compiled by Fred Bronson (c)1995. 0-8230-7646-6

This list is odd. The book covers only the post-Rock and Roll charts of the decade (late 1955 through 1959), but includes the pre-rock style of hit songs that still charted regularly, if less so as time wore on. Simply put, it's not truly the biggest hits of the decade, just the biggest hits since Bill Haley and Elvis hit it big.

(#90 needs corroboration/confirmation. Your help/input is appreciated. *UPDATE* entry added by fixbutte, thanks!)
