We're mostly very satisfied with our new home. Tisha & Eddie in the warranty area have been great! Very responsive, helpful and efficient. We were disappointed in the HOA meeting and seeming lack of concern for landscape enhancement. Building the homes, sales, and minimization of landscape seem to be priorities and are generally appropriate. Also disappointed to realize that the neighborhood is not secured. We know gates are to be open between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. but have been left open all night several times that we noticed. Also disappointed that fencing is not continuous along the back section so basically wide open to anyone walking in.
