Selected paintings and calligraphies from the Chih Lo Lou Collection are on display at the Hong Kong Museum of Art 香港藝術館 until February 7, 2021. This collection is one of three major private collections of ancient Chinese painting and calligraphy in Hong Kong. The exhibition also features a lively animation series about the art of Chinese painting and calligraphy which interprets some of the fundamental ideas or subject matters behind the art. Check out the works of Hong Kong artists online in the "Next Act: Contemporary Art from Hong Kong" exhibition, presented by Asia Society Hong Kong Center. The exhibition focuses on the theme of convergence and engages with the shared history and collective memories of Hong Kong, culminating in a collection of visually impactful and exciting works of 10 partcipating Hong Kong artists.

Hong Kong non-permanent residents who are currently outside Hong Kong, with their limit of stay expiring within four weeks/expired for less than 12 months, may apply for a visa/entry permit to return to Hong Kong. This new arrangement is to facilitate HK residents who are not able to return to the city timely to apply for extension of stay due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to an application form and supporting documents, applicants are required to furnish a letter setting out the details on their inability to return to the city for the time being. Attention overseas arrivals to Hong Kong: The compulsory quarantine period at a designated quarantine hotel has been extended to 21 days. In addition to getting tested for COVID-19 at the HK International Airport upon arrival, COVID-tests will also be done on the 12th and 19th or 20th day of the quarantine period. Only persons whose all results are negative are allowed to leave the hotel after completing the 21-day quarantine.

For travelers from the US, the existing requireme...nt of presenting a record of a hotel reservation and a negative COVID-19 test result before embarking on a flight to Hong Kong remains unchanged.
