Celebrating my wife’s birthday in style at Art Of Canton ! ✨ We had an unforgettable dining experience filled with exquisite flavors and luxurious Cantonese cuisine. 🎉🍽️ Our culinary journey began with the indulgent combination of Abalone, Bonito Flakes, and Hua Diao Chinese Wine. The flavors danced on our palates, creating a symphony of umami delights.🐷 The highlight of the evening was the succulent Roasted Suckling Pig paired with a heavenly Fig Paste. The crispy skin and tender meat were a true feast for the senses.🥣 We savored the comforting warmth of the Double-boiled Soup of the Day, crafted with care and bursting with nourishing flavors. It was the perfect start to our extraordinary meal.🍲 The Braised Fish Maw with White Mushroom and Chinese Cabbage showcased the chef’s expertise in creating harmonious combinations. Each bite was a delightful blend of textures and tastes.🐟 The Sautéed Grouper Fillet with Honey Peas and Shimeji Mushrooms transported us to seafood paradise. The perfectly cooked grouper fillet melted in our mouths, enhanced by the delightful sweetness of honey peas.🥬 Our taste buds were treated to the freshness of Poached Seasonal Vegetables with Fish Maw, Bean Curd Sheet, and Superior Soup. It was a light and nourishing dish that left us feeling satisfied and revitalized.🦐 The Seafood with Fish Stock and Poached Rice was a true masterpiece. The seafood was delicately poached and served in a flavorful fish stock that elevated every bite. 星期六嘅 1:30pm 二人用膳,入座率只有一半情況令人擔心,因為已經第二次到訪,服務態度及食物質素都超出預期,非常希望佢長做長有,因為今時今日環境好座,服務生有禮貌,仲要好食真係好難搵 ~招牌叉燒厚切叉燒鬆化又彈牙,好欣賞佢燶邊程度掌握得啱啱好,個邊係焦香已不見黑色,重點係咁優質嘅叉燒唔會只得三兩件,份量好足梅子豬手豬手炆得夠淋冇怪味,但係亦冇乜梅子味灌湯餃雖然唔係傳統嘅灌湯餃,都係湯浸餃,但皮薄餡料豐富龍蝦湯鮮竹卷有 D 似西式龍蝦湯比較濃稠嘅質地,配鮮竹卷原來都幾夾鮑汁花膠撈飯花膠唔算好大隻,但質感做得好好,厚身又䊢口,鮑汁食完冇口渴喎! 繼續閱讀
