Restaurant ReviewFood🍽🇲🇾Malaysian Bespoke Laksa馬來西亞招牌喇沙- the Broth was Savoury & Umami, with a significant Dried Shrimp🦐Taste. Not Spicy at all. Didn't have a strong taste of Coconut🥥Milk. I like that~- The peeled Shrimps🦐were Springly but tasted bland- White Fish🐟Balls were Springly. Tasted bit sweet with mild fish flavour - Deep Fried Bean Puff releashed mild soybean flavour. Successfully absorbed the broth's flavour. In a pleasant Chewy texture and Not Oily at all- The pig🐷skin was puffy and bit chewy, successfully absorbed the broth's flavour. Tender and Juicy😋- Personally, don't like hard-boiled egg as the eggyolk is too dry for me. No comment~- the Yellow Noodles contain some unpleasant alkaline taste. That should be understood as the alkaline water is the key to produce springly Yellow Noodles. Though some stores are able to use special techniques to eliminate the unpleasant alkaline taste Ambience💗- a Tiny Store in the backstreet, so cute

I go to this store almost every week, today is actually my 5th time this month I've tried almost every dish on the menu and I love it all haha! My absolute favourites are Laksa (dish A), Bak Kut Teh (dish B) and Asam Campur (dish H).Today I had the Laksa. The soup has a lot of spice flavours beautifully mixed together. It's delicious when drinking the soup with the noodles! For those worried that it will be too spicy for them, don't worry! It is not burning spicy, so you can taste the flavours of the soup The drink I has was cold white coffee

睇到有傳媒同埋好評終於經過嘅時候試吓，呢條小街都幾難搵，原來係喺崇潔街嘅隔離。當日係下午茶時分叫咗一個下午茶竟然係$25仲有叫咗個喇沙，真係好正宗個湯底係喺香港從來冇見過仲有加$5叫咗佢嘅拉茶都係好正宗嘅當日係買外賣估唔到小店打理得非常之乾淨企理雖然入邊鋪好細但其實喺疫情之下喺度堂食都會感到安心嘅下次經過一定會再幫襯，支持隱細小店

好食嘅馬來西亞小店，入到入到去見到餐牌有好多選擇 ，咁我就叫咗我馬來西亞嘅喇沙同肉骨茶 。喇沙唔會太辣好食 ，而且椰漿味濃 ，肉骨茶好足料白飯仲可以轉做黃姜飯或者椰漿飯， 有好多選擇，送飯一流！而且環境都好乾淨，老闆好好人. 另外，舖頭仲可以外賣好方便好味抵食，忙嘅時候都可以外賣返屋企食。尤其是而家疫情， 可以買返屋企同屋企人分享。總括嚟講，唔錯唔錯 有水準嘅小店 ，希望多啲人會認識， 有機會去試吓 。遲啲會再嚟幫襯！

今日咁岩開工經過紅磡，見到有馬來西亞野所以好奇試下，但估唔到真係好食，個巴東雞柳好入味，個汁都好濃，又唔會好辣，雞都唔韌，驚食辣或者食唔到辣嘅人都一樣食到，我比我同事試咗一啖佢哋都話下次會黎呢間鋪再試吓其他嘢。而且個春卷真心推薦一定要試吓，個味好正，而且個外皮擺咗好耐都仲係好脆，個價錢都唔貴，性價比真係好高。同埋個拉茶都好好飲，奶味同茶味都好濃厚，鍾意飲奶茶嘅一定要試吓。同埋店員都好友善，有機會一定再試！
