早兩日去咗IFC 四樓空中花園HAKU食long dinner,呢到環境幽靜,食客主要坐喺圍住open kitchen嘅吧枱,落地玻璃望住維港景色,賞心悅目

行政總廚Rob Drennan 同團隊融合各國料理創造出一共14道創新多國精緻菜,配上幾款餐酒,每上一道菜,店員都耐心講解

黑炭多士上放咗新鮮海膽,加咗少少酸,開胃鮮甜

OTORO
拖羅紫菜撻,好鐘意拖羅鮮味,加上紫蘇花,有紫蘇花獨特味道,連埋紫菜撻更完美

HOKKAIDO SCALLOP
北海道帆立貝,配上青瓜啫喱加咗紫菜粉、有萵筍,汁會有啲酸不過整體好夾,幾新穎

菜單以無國界料理為主要概念,由曾於米芝蓮三星餐廳擔任研發主廚Chef Rob Drennan主理,菜式精緻創新正式來一場極上味覺饗宴!挑選了HAKU Signature Menu共有14道菜,Wine Pairing有侍酒師設計酒單

HAKU數月前以全新面貌登陸IFC Mall既四樓空中平台花園,以開放式廚房設計,加上無敵無遮擋巨型玻璃窗維港景致,可以邊欣賞廚師烹調‍ 邊欣賞迷人海景, fine dining更relax 享受。

菜式同樣驚喜有水準,以突破多國菜餚傳統界限既創新無國界料理菜單,由曾擔任米芝蓮三星 餐廳Maaemo研究及由行政總廚 Rob Drennan 率領團隊共同設計,揉合各國烹調方法,創出嶄新飲食概念,來享用一頓充滿驚喜的味覺饗宴吧!

餐廳環境很高級,黑色優雅裝修,配上黑色型格座位,高級西餐廳播放音樂好有氣氛,啱曬飲酒談心

服務質素好好,有幾個廚師面前服務,即叫即整,食完一道菜先再上下一道,另收加一服務費~

國際金融中心ifc mall的四樓空中花園,餐廳巨型玻璃窗睇到維港美景,菜式全部都好精緻,適合打卡。細細份,但加加埋埋都好飽肚。

Love the presentation of each dish! especially the uni brioche toast with a huge lump of hokkaido uni and short rib with plenty of edible flowers as garnish. Staff were nice, informative and friendly. Will definitely come back again!
