Tasty food, fast service and very reasonable prices. The place was clean and comfortable, and although it was not a traditional "cha chaan teng" (tea restaurant), it was popular with locals and had a good range of food and drinks on offer.
Visited this place a few times during our stay in Kowloon as it was near to our hotel. It's very popular with the locals and Asia tourists but not many Europeans. The food is inexpensive, of reasonable quality, arrives quickly and the staff are friendly...and helpful. You order as you enter from the items on the board which change during the time of day and the cashier will give you a receipt with your order number on which will be displayed above the counter when your food is ready. You can pay with cash or Octopus card and its worth finding a seat before you order during busy periods. Good airconditioning and also free wi-fi.More
Good food and reasonable price. The Hongkong milk tea was great. The staff are friendly and the place is clean.

i'm not really qualified to comment as i don't care about food really... but this seemed to me to be a tasty adequate meal, quite cheap too (many of HK restaurants are NOT cheap and taste the same anyway). use octopus card for discounts.
you can get a wide range of choice of local food for breakfast, lunch and dinner at very reasonable price. I like the fish fillet and fried/scrambled eggs for breakfast!
now the period for their hotpot set meal. it's good and has many set meal to choose from. Beef, pork, chicken and i think there is seafood too
It has a variety of food. I liked the ginseng soup which is good for the weather. The menu changed as it has a set of menu for lunch and dinner.
A reasonably priced fast food eatery serving local food. It was rather packed with locals, most likely due to the choices provided by the restaurant. Not all dishes are good though. Might need to see what the locals order before ordering.
My fiance really loves the food here. It's affordable and delicious. If you're on a budget. This place is for you. They have to good coffee too!
I have encountered many eating places in Hong Kong where the shop owners sort of gave signs or hints that customers leave their place fast once they have finished their food. Cafe de Coral in Tai Kok Tsui was NOT one of them. It was...a nice place to dine in especially when you are with friends or with family. They served a variety of Chinese food and I like their Slow cooked beef curry the best. It came with a piece of beef tendon which was soft and tender(I wonder if every order comes with a piece of beef tendon).More
We liked going to this restaurant nothing fancy just good food at reasonable prices. Servings are large so you might think about sharing a meal. All you have to is decide first before you hold up the line with your selections give them the number...assigned to your plate very easy to figure out no need for translation to order food.More
Get yourself a hot pot set and wait for the ladies to light your fire. Special arrangement: as the set doesn't give you enough meat, take a packet of shabu shabu beef with you from the nearby 759 or supermarket. You can use the pot...for this extra beef goodness.More
Select from the standard menu for breakfast lunch and dinner. Location is handy in a mostly not so handy area. Good that Cafe de Coral have thought about this area.
Me and my family always came here for breakfast, lunch and dinner. But for a while these months the performance has gone downhill. 1. The display on the top always shows that you can take your food already. But the food is not ready to...take yet. 2. The food I order isn’t what I get. Ex: I ordered toast. The staff gave me whole wheat bread. I hope these conditions will not persist.More
