Empty first floor expensive stores, but super crowded restaurants area on the
basement floor. Long wait at most places on this December 31st 2023. Nice center but we had very little time.

Modern facility, very expensive though. Good for escaping the heat and a the rain. We didn't buy anything because the prices over there are way too expensive.

It was a very beautiful, modern and very cool department store. It also has a playground area on the 5th floor so you can let your children play there while you complete shopping

Amazing selection on clothing and cosmetics. Supermarket is huge and carry varieties of imported product.

Goods are not much expensive than downtown. Place is neat, modern, well maintained. Service staff are polite and professional. People who works in the offices are well appearance too.
By the way, surprisi6, I noticed quite a number of groceries items at the supermarket at B1 is much cheaper than VIMCOM Centre Supermark.

Lotte Center Hanoi
Visited on January 02 2023, a Holiday in Vietnam.
Nice luxury shopping mall.
We were interested in the Lotte Mart, a good supermarket with limited foreign offerings.
Should you have any type of bag, they will tie-wrap it before entering the supermarket.
Price wise it compares with chains like Vinmart.
We wanted to grab a bite before heading out to the park, but NO real food court. On the 6 FL the gourmet promenade is a selection of fine dining restos.

First the good. It's easy to get to via taxi. It's a long walk from the old quarter! It's a Lotte store which means it has a lot of good stuff. It was clean and well laid out. The prices actually were not that much higher than stores downtown. Now the downside. There are lots of locals offering samples just like the stores in Seoul and Daegu. They were doing their best to try Korean but the locals speak Vietnamese (obviously) and English. What I noted walking around the store was Korean speaking customers being extremely rude to the locals that are there to serve them. I was astounded. I don't see that in Korea - why would they do that here? We bought some items but it was just embarrassing to watch the Korean speaking customers being extremely rude to the locals. I hope the store fixes that soon.

This shopping mall is okay to visit. On the ground floor the top brand have their shops and from 1st to 5th floor you find a ‘normal’ shopping mall

I would like to say it "good" but it is "average" to me. The place is new and huge, but barely anyone speaks English. I was being tossed around and got quite frustrated, even by showing them a photo (suitcase), no one understood what I was looking for. Finally a girl at the supermarket figured it out.
The food was disappointing in the food court (the small one by the supermarket). At the end I was waiting for my GRAB, the door man was quite uptight that I was sitting on the banister (I was tired), and he was constantly chasing the other cars away. Come on.
And the security men on the floor weren't any better. :(
