Fantastic stay with my dog

I’d like to thank everyone at Kimoton Da-An. This is my second stay with them and it has been perfect. The guest service team was fantastic in accommodating us to a beautiful spacious room and introducing everything in the hotel. They are also very kind to our fur baby. The room is really nice and spacious (yes we booked a bigger room to ensure our fur baby has a lot of room to explore). The bar was great as well. The cocktails and food were both great. So does the breakfast. We tried both breakfast from The Tavernist and the living room on the ground floor. Both were different styles but equally great from the service and quality’s perspectives. I would highly recommend people to stay here especially when you would like to stay with your pets. I’m sure I’ll definitely return very soon :) thanks again to the great team!

Perfect Scores with Location and Staff

Stayed here for the weekend and from the minute I walked through the doors, I loved the whole Kimpton Da An experience. The check-in process was super comfortable and smooth. The room was very comfortable, clean, and modern. I had a room with a balcony, but didn't really use the balcony at all so that was kind of a waste. Not sure what the purpose of the balcony was as it did not have that great a view, nor was there any seating on it. Maybe for smokers?

The location couldn't be more perfect as it is close to shopping, MRTs, and some great restaurants. The staff are in my list of top five most helpful and friendliest crew I have encountered at any hotel to date. The gym, while small, was clean and had new and sufficient equipment. The Tavernist was great, kind of pricey, but quality drinks.

Overall, loved it and will definitely go back.

overall great experience, both the hotel and restaurant

I just checked out today (the 17th), and my family and I had a wonderful time there.
Hotel: very trendy in a simple way, which is great. location is impeccable. just parking was a bit confusing as there wasn't enough space when we got there. Love the decor.
Restaurant: my parents were amazed by the restaurant and the offerings.

Ok, we were mostly made memorable by their staffs, they basically said YES to anything....but we really want to point out that conceirge Rohit, Chris and Ethan are simply the best, they are super attentive. Also Dana at the restaurant, too.

Our property was designed by Neri&Hu where the designers intended to showcase the traditional Taiwanese architecture but present in a modern and delicate way. Tucked away from the busy street with trendy shops and boutiques around, the hotel is the true urban sanctuary. The restaurant simply tells the story of Taiwan, each plate is a unique story that James Sharman would like you to imagine and enjoy. We are glad to learned that your overall experience was wonderful, yet we are sorry that you ran into some trouble with the parking and should we have the pleasure to welcome you back, please do let us know if the parking is full, our Concierge Team is always there to help. Modern design, friendly staff, and great service

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
We went to the hotel at around 11am to get our luggage stored as we expected the check-in time is 3pm. They told us the room is ready and we were able to check in early, which was absolutely awesome. The room is spacious and the bed is super comfy. They offer Lavazza coffee capsules, which is so much tastier than the commonly seen N-brand.

I also enjoyed the social hour during my stay. They also welcome friends to join us during the social hour. I had a relaxing time and great experience during my stay!

Stylish design, professional and friendly staff

The location was really great, close to Taipei East district and MRT station. Very stylish design and staff were friendly. Especially like their toiletries and bed (super comfy). Breakfast at the Tavernist was great too!
