威斯康辛麦迪逊真的冷么？

说麦迪逊“超级冷”、“8个冬天”的人，真的太不负责了。不要以讹传讹。之前在一个帖子上看到“这里八个月冬天。。”其他帖子的有些人看到了，也跟着写“据说有8个冬天”。结果我今年来了，8-10月初经常穿短袖，10月末了气温还10来度。我去年在密歇根待过一年，8月一去就是长袖外套+短袖了。于是查了查wikipedia，麦迪逊气温这样（

平均气温低于0度的，不就11月（-2.1摄氏度）、12月（-8.9摄氏度）、1月（-11.6摄氏度）、2月（-9.4摄氏度）、3月（-4摄氏度），这不是很在东北部或中部挺正常的么？

还有有人说这里治安差，这简直是大笑话（可能是他们看有些地方说这里性骚扰严重，实际上是这样，绝大部分都是美国本地人，熟人之间的骚扰，然后那个调查是网络问卷形式，不少美国女生觉得在party上男生动作不得体、就认为是sexual assault了）。我在这里天天在校园里面晚上12点从图书馆走回家，一点事没有。下面是维基百科一个资料
