Why is my watch not charging/charging stably?
Non-charging/unstable charging is usually caused by an unstable connection or plugging into a port that does not support power output. When charging wirelessly, please ensure
Your watch is an official Apple Watch.
The charger’s USB-C connector is inserted fully into the USB-C port.
If connecting to a USB-C port in a device, e.g. a laptop, the port supports power output (not only data transfer).
Why can’t I fast charge my Apple Watch 7/8/Ultra?
The charging module built into this charger is Apple’s first generation charging module, which does not support fast charging for Apple Watch 7/8/Ultra.
Will this charger block the other ports on my laptop when connected?
Although designed to be as lightweight and compact as possible, this charger may block ports on either side when connected to a USB-C port in your laptop because of the size of the built-in official Apple charging module.
This charger can also be connected to a power outlet via a USB-C PD power adapter. We recommend the  ESR HaloLock caseESR 20W USB-C mini PD Charger

Watch stability issues are often caused by incompatible watch models or improper charging conditions. Please ensure:
Your watch is an official Apple Watch.
You do not use this device in heavily vibrating conditions, e.g. in a moving car.
You do not charge your watch upside down.
Taking care of your Portable Charger for Apple Watch
When charging, the cover can be removed and attached to the reverse side of the charger to prevent loss.
After charging, please put the cover back over the connector to keep it protected from damage, dust, and dirt.
