Villa Kolenchery is one of the luxurious waterfront homes in Ontario, Canada.This facility provides a true paradise experience on the waterfront of Lake Scugog.This rental is suitable for families or friends that are looking for a place to gather, relax and enjoy activities like kayaking and fishing.Loud outdoor parties and music is prohibited as it is a quiet neighbourhood. Guests must respect the neighbours and no trespassing to neighbours property. Outdoor cameras are in place for monitoring.

The space
Lake scugog is famous for fishing, boating, swimming, dinner cruise and winter sport activities. Nearby attractions include Great blue heron casino, Wolf Run Golf club, historic towns of Port Perry and Lindsay. All these only an hour away from Toronto. This place is suitable for guests that want to have quiet relaxing time. A kayak and a paddle boat is there on site and will be available for guests use if it’s in working condition and after signing a liability waiver form. Bedding, towels and toiletries can be provided upon request with an additional fee.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire main floor, ground floor, back deck and outdoor including the dock. Absolutely no trespassing to neighbours property. I will be providing blankets, pillows, toilet paper, pots, pans, dishes, dish soap, hand soap, 1 full regular size propane tank for the barbecue, plates, cutlery, and drip coffee machine with filter. Water is purified well water but I ask guests to bring in drinking water since the lake is nearby there’s a rare possibility of water contamination. plates, cutlery, and drip coffee machine with filter. Guests to bring in food, fitted sheets, top sheets, pillow cover, towels, toiletries, fire log and water safety gearing. Even though there are few adult and children’s life jackets in the property it’s the sole responsibility of the guests to use right fitting water safety gearing. Garbage and recycling should be separated during your stay.

Please note Bedding and towels are available upon request for a fee of $150. This request has to be submitted atleast 2 days prior to your check in.

Other things to note
Please read and follow the instructions carefully to avoid extra charges. Prior to the check in date guests must provide every vehicles license plate numbers, the names, and age of each guests that will be travelling in it. Owner appreciate if guests can carpool and reduce the number of vehicles parked on the driveway. Request 2 vehicles be parked inside the garage upon arrival and rest in the driveway. No vehicles to be parked on the lawn, curb side or on the street. The number of people is strictly restricted to what you have mentioned in your booking. No visitors into the house during your stay unless you obtained permission from the owner please. There’s an additional charge for extra guests after 10 guests and $100/pet . Also, please be mindful of the quiet neighborhood and the neighbours nearby. No loud noise parties outdoor as it is a residential neighbourhood. No golfing by the lake or in the backyard please. There’s a nearby golf course if you wish to golf. Pets are not allowed due to severe allergies in the family. The safety and the security of each and every individual in your group during the entire time period of your stay at our property is the sole responsibility of the person who booked the reservation. Violation of these rules will be considered as unlawful occupancy and can be asked to leave the property and or charged with a penalty. Outdoor activities, number of vehicles and number of guests are monitored by the owner with outdoor cameras.
