Vueling Airlines (VY) is a Spain-based low-cost carrier and is the country's second largest airline. The airline flies non-stop to about 155 destinations in Europe, Asia and Africa. Vueling aircraft feature a single Economy Class cabin, though passengers can pay extra for preferred seating with extra legroom or toward the front of the plane. The airline has two hubs: Barcelona–El Prat Airport (BCN) and Rome's Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport (FCO), as well as 14 operating bases in Brussels, France, the Netherlands and Spain.

I'll make this simple, AVOID!!!!!! I'm sure some people have had a pleasant flight but I guarantee you, if you have a problem or need to change something your in for a shock. Refreshments were served to the majority of the plane except for a few rows due to their pay machines not working, so they just stopped serving!! No offer of water tea or coffee, no explanation, they didn't even announce that there was a problem! Also, the front toilets were closed to customers and only used by the air crew!! And they were working as I saw the Captain and crew using it.…

Vueling recently changed the availability of online checking with random seat allocation, as a measure to force passengers to pay for a seat (otherwise, they have to check-in at the airport, which is always inconvenient). It clearly does not cost Vueling anything to allow customers to checkin online with randomly allocated seats, and that they are only doing this to get more money from customers who do not want the inconvenience of airport check in. I find this really deplorable. If they want to increase the rates, just do it, but do not deceive clients with other charges further down the line. This does not give a good impression of a company.…

Do not use Vueling, no help when flights are cancelled. Flight was cancelled on 23Apr24 and no help was given by the airline. A total misery, reply was that airline has done what was possible but no help received. Do not FLY VUELING.

I bought two direct return tickets with Vueling airlines. The first was bought without stops from Copenhagen to Malaga from the 27th of January to the 10th of february. Three month prior to this flight Vueling changed my flight from a 3 hours and 40 minutes direct flight down to an 8 hours and 5 minutes flight down with a stop in Barcelona. Furthermore they changed my return ticket from a direct flight of 3 hours and 40 minutes to a flight the day before, with a stop in Barcelona and a flighttime of 5 hours and 30 minutes. I then was offered a refund which I accepted and on the 15th of november I received an email stating, that my money would be refunded within 7 days. Today on the 8th of may approximately 6 month later they haven´t been returned yet. The second flight was a direct flight from Copenhagen to Bilbao. Likewise on this flight, they wrote me a couple of month after the purchase, that they had changed my flight home from Bilbao, from a 3 hour direct flight to a 7 hours flight with a stop in Barcelona. All I can say is, that if you have any selfrespect you avoid buying with this company.…
