住宿体验很好，是一次非常值得称赞旅程。
因为一些意外因素到达酒店特别早，前台工作人员在理解情况后。尽早安排了入住，而且给升级海景房。酒店的自助晚餐只能说一般偏上吧，但早晨很不错，主要喜欢它的红茶。现煮的红茶上桌一壶很热很香！健身房器械也非常好，窗外是大海，非常好的感受！游泳池水温好，更衣室有按摩池。
知道我们有孩子还给安排了延迟退房，总之，真是一次愉快的住宿旅行，会推荐给朋友们的！

抵达酒店适逢午餐时间，进进出出车辆繁多，门口仅配备一名门童，无法照顾所有宾客的需求，只得自己提行李下车进酒店。大堂有整面面海的大玻璃窗，只是大堂进深太大，不能给于室内足够采光，因此在白天缺少灯光辅助情况下大堂显得有些昏暗，感受不佳。大堂中央的大型石槽水池，不太明白其设计含义，也许只是纯粹的中式风水学的作用。
入住办理在21层嘉宾轩，前台后方是整面的海景，令人心情舒畅，等待办理期间享用酒廊酒水和小食，大型户外露台是眺望海景的好去处。
客房升级到基础的城景套，大面积的客厅享有石老人沙滩景观，精致温馨的卧室和主卫可欣赏城市景观。布置中西合璧，有明式家具风格的迷你吧和办公桌椅。卧室一角摆放梳妆台和休憩沙发，有些拥挤。主卫马桶未配备卫洗丽，有些许不便，淋浴间与浴缸合并，站浴时水易溅到浴缸内外，主卫也缺少浴巾挂钩。部分电视视频仅有视频却无音频。床品软硬适中，蓬松舒适，睡了完美的好觉。
健身房位于负一层，配备完善，游泳池明亮，更衣室有冷热泡水池及干湿桑拿房，自助餐厅位于同层，不知新风排气是否做的不够，因此一出电梯就闻到餐食的味道。
青岛鲁商凯悦是完美的夏季海滩度假型酒店，以及all time商务会议酒店，距离崂山景点也近。但距离青岛繁华城区和标志性景点还有一些距离，如果想要享受漫步老青岛的惬意感受，那么还是选择市南区的其他品牌。

这家酒店是位于金沙海岸，夜晚时是相当安静的。 这里的房间是很大的，还配有国际电源适配器，是非常方便外宾的，这里所提供的早餐是非常好吃的，工作人员全都是非常友好的。 这边还有免费的无线上网设备、健身中心、游泳池和免费停车场等。 我是很喜欢摄影的，住在这边看日出美景真的是很方便的。 夜景是随着“国庆节”的来临而变化的。 我在中国的很多酒店都住过了，这是第一家为客人保留房卡的酒店。 但是像其他酒店一样，我在这家酒店使用了“请勿打扰”的提示后，测试是失败了的。我觉得这边的员工是非常善良的，他们是把房间收拾得很干净，是保持得很好的，甚至在我设置了“请勿打扰”提示的情况下。

I will never forget the view in Qingdao and the perfect service in Hyatt regency Qingdao.
First of all, I would really appreciate for the room arrangement from Alina and Lee assisted with the room move for us. Everyday we woke up, the sea and beach made us unforgettable.
And this is a family trip with my mum and Blake from concierge gave us many suggestions not only with the sightseeing but also nice place to enjoy the seafood. And a boy from the concierge who mentioned me when I get off the taxi to avoid missing my belongings.
Only one regrettable thing that the lady who do the check in for me who forget to link my membership that after check out I need to reach membership center to earn the nights and points.
Hope I’m able to back to Qingdao again and the Hyatt regency Qingdao should always be my first and the best choice.

对 ！酒店就在沙滩旁边是很方便，但也不值$2000一个晚上，以为送了一份二人自助晚餐是一个惊喜，但结果是觉得浪费了一晚外出吃饭的机会！所谓的海鲜不新鲜，选择少得可怜 ！海边酒店又没有露天泳池。
