酒店管理以及服务很不错，并且房间非常整洁，房屋设备特别齐全，进入大堂也有专门的人给解答我们所需的问题，并且得到很多的解答以及帮助，酒店里面感受也特别好，睡眠质量也很不错，得到很大的旅游体验，房间里面也没有异味，处理的很到位，遇到的问题都是有应必答的，酒店指引也非常清楚，工作人员也特别亲切，更多得到的是住宿的舒适感提升，前台的服务很热情，周到，遇到的问题都是为我们着想，并且向一个导游一样给我们推荐这边的特色，给旅行添加很多的特色

酒店外貌虽然有点残旧，但内栊重新装修过，保持非常有时代感，毫不老土。
酒店用电子check-in，电脑扫描两人的护照后会自动弹出房咭，非常方便。
可能是旧式酒店，一梯有好多间房，布局恍如迷宫。
也因为是旧式酒店，所以房间甚大，空间充足，就算有几多行李都放得落。
厕所也重新装修过，光猛卫生，洗头水、沐浴露、牙膏牙刷都一应俱全。
虽然不是什么高级酒店，但房间内仍有提供食水和茶包，茶包甚至不是平价货，令粗眉仔有点惊喜。
因为酒店有装修工程，一望出窗外就只有棚架。非常难看的风景
酒店有免费Wi-Fi，而且速度非常非常快，毕竟新加坡是个先进国家。
酒店位处牛车水旁边，揾食和购物都超级方便。

The strategic hotel location for shopping and dining within the vicinity as well as easy access to most tourist attractions. 靠近克拉克码头, 位于唐人街的酒店，地点很方便，很近地铁, 附近多食店及商塲，但酒店比较老旧, 有时柜台服务似乎缺少工作人员，房间设备陈旧, 整洁也一般, 房间比起附近相近价钱的酒店来说, 是比较大的。

地点很方便，地铁出口旁。但饭店设施真的有点不太行。尤其电梯，要刷房卡但常常故障跟本按不到楼层。房间干净

今年二月份我住过这家酒店的行政套房和豪华客房。再一次来到富丽华城市中心酒店。我预定了这家酒店的六次行政俱乐部客房的入住，只住了两次，很少有人可以入住他们的行政俱乐部客房。希望房间的水准能保持和以前一样好。酒店自18层以上是行政俱乐部客房。俱乐部休息室在第二层。这一层很安静，因此没什么噪音。大厅：入住手续友好、快捷。有很多沙发椅，行李生反应迅速，有四部电梯，速度很快。设施：这里有游泳池，健身房。停车：停车位充足。地理位置：位于唐人街，走路去唐人街附近的捷运只需3分钟，靠近美食广场，走路去市中心只需5分钟，还有几个去市政厅的公交车站。房间：很大，有30平方米，有很多插座，光线充足，有办公桌椅，纸巾盒，睡衣，拖鞋，保险柜。窗户和桌子都很大，橱柜也很大。浴室：浴缸很大，有透明的隔墙，单独的手持式淋浴花洒，厕所的外面是洗脸盆(给热水和冷水贴上红色和蓝色的标签很不错)。休息室：晚上有鸡尾酒，点心，面包，鸡翅，沙拉，只是，红酒，寿司（种类不多），还有饼干和软饮，没有甜点、蛋糕、泡芙或者三明治。早餐：种类很多，有点心，面包，西餐，印度食物和中餐。有很多座位，工作人员清理餐碟很迅速。我个人的评价是：酒店（包括大厅、环境、侍应生）8分；员工（接待处的员工知识渊博，乐于助人，很友好）8分；房间（包括设置布局、设施、床）8.5分；早餐（氛围、种类、味道）8分；浴室（水压、设计）9.15分（厕所浴缸加分）；地理位置（周围环境）9分；设施8分；性价比7分；服务8分；额外加分7分。总分80.65分，满分100分。

As much as you like to drink and snacks are available
Not sure but I think they do we stayed in executive
There was free wifi in our room and it was quite reasonable. I have heard there may be some black spots but can only say ours worked well.
