By applying online at Promise, you can complete the whole process from application, approval, documents submission, agreement signing and fund transfers in one stop. Approval can be granted on the same day at the earliest if you have provided all the information and documents required, and you will receive the loan via FPS once the application is approved^.
Yes. You can apply for the tertiary student loans with only your student card/ admission offer letter, HKID card, mobile phone number, and bank account. Depending on the financial status and the credit score of the applicant, the maximum loan amount is up to HK$15,000.
- "Instant Money Transfer" applies to loans that are transferred via Faster Payment System (FPS), which subject to the system maintenance periods.
- "Apply Anywhere" is only applicable to customers who choose to sign the loan agreement online and fulfill the loan conditions of "signing loan agreement online". Customer can also choose to sign the loan agreement in any of our branches.
- "Instant Approval" is limited to online application which is a preliminary approval result. We reserve the right of final approval.
