Oral ACL inhibitor use in ASCVD patients, with or without concomitant statins
A 57-year-old nonsmoking male presented with dyslipidaemia in 2020. Coronary CT angiography showed two-vessel coronary artery disease (CAD) with 30 percent stenosis of the mid-left anterior descending artery (LAD) and 10 percent stenosis of the proximal right coronary artery. Since the patient had an active lifestyle and was asymptomatic, he initially refused any intervention.
