We have very much enjoyed this new family experience at the Mandarin Oriental Bangkok. We enjoyed every minute, all the kind attentions and the variety of activities. MO Bangkok remains very special!

對於飯店整體的服務與品質，我要說確實是很值得推薦朋友與家人一同入住的，尚未入住前就會受到服務人員的熱情接待，不論是mail或是迎賓的形式都讓人備感親切！
但唯一美中不足的是我們有在what's app上詢問是否可以協助冷藏LV餅乾，待我們隔天退房稍晚取走，他們允許我們借放冰箱冷藏且派出樓層管家協助冷藏商品，但隔天我們想要把cake shop買的巧克力放一起冰，向櫃台人員確認卻找不到東西，反覆詢問我們東西是什麼？是誰取走？什麼時候取的？問了有三次之多…我則出示手機上與飯店的what's app對話，但仍然找不到，飯店又問了我一次記不記得是誰拿走的？我妹妹最後則出示飯店人員的"照片"他們才說那再找找看。飯店前台請另一位人員上樓層查看，有找到我們的東西～我們則重覆說著要把巧克力放一起冰，晚點要來拿！人員又再次跟我們確認內容物後整包塞給禮賓部，當時我覺得人員辛苦幫我處理還跑來跑去，在他與禮賓部確認完後給我行李吊牌，我就給他小費以示感謝。
當天傍晚我們坐車回來拿回餅乾與巧克力，卻發現東西根本沒冰，我有點生氣的詢問飯店，House Manager Khun Pornsawan卻說調閱CCTV後東西原本在冰箱沒錯，但拿到禮賓部時我根本沒有指示說要冰，有三位同事可以做證。

Thank you for your patience. We wanted to inform you that after investigation, we found that the item in was consistently kept in the fridge as per your instructions while it was on the floor. However, when it was brought down to the concierge, three staff members confirmed that you instructed them to store the item, without specifying that it was chocolate and needed refrigeration.
We sincerely apologize for any damage caused, but this is the information we gathered after thoroughly reviewing statements from all staff members and CCTV footage.
我覺得太好笑，CCTV要是真的有看，就會聽到我重覆再重覆的說：這個是重要的餅乾，需要冷藏，我買的巧克力也要一起放，我晚點會回來拿。經理完全沒有確認清楚，卻很強硬的態度說看了CCTV你就是沒說要冷藏，但我從頭到尾沒有跟禮賓部講到話。重點是手機上還有我們的對話記錄證明我要冷藏…而且你拿的東西是冰的，怎麼會覺得我們是要放常溫呢？
後來飯店說有確認CCTV，但還是一直問我放了什麼物品，是否可以提供照片？我就請他去跟同事與CCTV比對，我真的放了三個東西～MO的巧克力沒冰都融化了，我只好扔掉～飯店覺得你沒圖片就是沒有損失！從頭到尾都不肯好好承認錯誤只有敷衍了事，最後有賠我比較貴的那二盒餅乾…但我覺得很多事情的處理方式不對，你都說有證據，那又要我們提供所有東西，是你弄壞的為什麼不是你自己提出誠意解決？還要我們提供圖片、提供毀壞的證據？
這個經理的處理方式明顯有瑕疵，且不是很友善的態度質疑客人，讓我們真的不能接受。

All request are answered. Staff are very friendly and professional. 10 out of 10 for the butler service. So many restaurants to choose from. SPA serice okay. Highly recommend. The Verandah is wonderful to dine in. But Terrace Rim Naam's dining experience is below expectaton; outdoor dining experience should be improved quite a bit.

Excellent service as usual and expect the unexpected services and costumer satisfaction.The staff was so respectful, nice and genuine. Always make sure that we taken care of all the time. Facilitates is world class, the cleanest hotel I’ve ever been.

The Mandarin Oriental Bangkok was a wonderful experience and has exceeded our - already high - expectations.
The entire team went above and beyond in their courtesy, their service, and their genuine care for our wellbeing, and we wish to thank everybody for extending such true kindness to us. Special thanks go to Tanguy Fourchon for his care all the way from allocating our room to answering our questions. Our butler Ricky was courteous, patient, and service-minded (we were too stupid to start the coffee machine, entirely our fault).
Our breakfast was an outstanding culinary delight, many thanks to the entire kitchen staff and special thanks to the lovely Parisa and Tassana who served us with grace and generosity.
Grateful greetings also to Apsak who so kindly pointed out the reviving Jogger's station when my husband came back from an early morning run in 35° C hot Bangkok.
In the land famous for its smiles, we had many encounters with truly friendly persons, but the entire staff of the Mandarin Oriental stood out as the best of them all.
The hotel impressed us by going above and beyond in its service and its attention to details: remarkable turndown service including a Mandarin Oriental-branded cable holder, the boat shuttle service across the river, the wonderful flowers... so many memories to cherish and such a fabulous place to long back to!
Many, many thanks once again.
Room tip: Helpful tip for future travelers: enjoy your stay - we envy you and wish we would be in your place!

Our Asian Home since many years...
All is perfect! Staff, room, services, food... Nothing wrong to declare!
The view by the river is our favorite.
