This restaurant is an excellent place to have lunch and dinner. It has a convenient location and staff were excellent in term of service and absolutely friendly. Recommended

I believe that we got a taste of the authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The menu is very vast and offers many choices.
The staff is friendly and helpful, even if their English isn’t so great.
The ambiance is joyful, especially in the colorful garden.

This is a large, busy restaurant. It was recommended by the hotel and is geared towards tourists. The menu is ridiculously long. Once we ordered, the food came out in minutes. If you are pressed for time, this is a good place. The food was good, but not great. The staff was somewhat inhospitable which is surprising in Vietnam. We were most surprised that they had no napkins and then charged us for a wet towel/napkin. There are many good authentic restaurants in Hanoi to try first.

This is the dish I find most strange. But the taste is so great. This is the first time we eat this dish and want to give it as a gift to my family. It's great to have tried this delicious dish.

This is the equivalent of an old hawker food court, however now fit for the 21st century... lots of variety, clean and good service.
We walked around the stalls before we sat down and then were able to make our choices from the menu - we tried the banh xeo (pancakes), BBQ fish with dill, prawns and bun bo.. all perfectly cooked and delicious.

Came here with my tour group. Very lively and busy atmosphere, not to mention a pretty big space. Lots of food selection. Very clean. I got pho and spring rolls which I felt were fresh and tasty. Recommend.

Large, lively restaurant with a nice atmosphere. Many dishes to choose from. We were happy with the service and the food. Everything tasted good but it can be stressful sometimes as it is a large restaurant with room for many guests. However, can recommend a visit.

Because of the crowd that receptionists did not realize to welcome and arrange a good table as new guests. Not a personable or enjoyable experience

Our tour guide took 12 of us there.
Two of us got diarrhea!
It is highly rated and says that it is a Michelle select restaurant but it left us wanting.
A very large place, touristy, but ok food and marginal service.
We ordered a variety of dishes. The phos and hot pots were appreciated. The rest, meh!
The two with the upset stomachs think it was the fried bread that had been fried in overused oil.
Reasonable prices but there must be better options.

Go slightly earlier if you do not want to wait for a table. Interestingly, the food here is decent and the pho was much better tasting than some other Michelin-rated joints which I won't name. For a fuss-free meal, this is certainly an option that you can consider.

The restaurant looks great, with warm and colourful lights - but as we were ordering, our dishes they were being delivered to us and we started to see that it was a conveyor belt. Didn’t have time to enjoy the dishes, having said that they were lacking in taste. There was about 100 wait staff and when we asked for something, never saw them again. Not a personable or enjoyable experience

We had a family meal there and the restaurant captivated me with its vibrant atmosphere, immersing diners in the essence of Vietnamese culture. The diverse menu showcased an array of authentic dishes that tantalized my taste buds, leaving a lasting impression. While the staff was a bit distant, the overall experience was elevated by the restaurant's charming ambiance and delectable cuisine. A delightful culinary journey!

After receiving a recommendation from our hotel, we attempted to eat here. I am a rather large guy and they put us at a picknic table for a family of 6. I couldn’t put my legs under the table. We changed seats to actual chairs. A very large menu, most of what we ordered they didn’t have. So, had to try to find substitutes. I asked for the catfish with a side of rice. By the time the rice came my food was cold. Difficult to get staff attention. No napkins but instead they wanted to charge us for wipes.
