Welcome to Brighton Beach House. This quaint, cozy home with a relaxed beach style is located on a lovely quiet street in the heart of Old Brighton - steps from Victoria Park with its oceanside boardwalk and relaxing open air spaces. A 10-15 minute stroll through heritage tree-lined streets leads you to downtown Charlottetown. Explore the waterfront area, or try one of the great restaurants nearby.

The space
Brighton Beach House is a cozy almost century home (98 years young) with historic charm and character styled with a 'beachy vibe'. The home offers 3 rooms on the upper level with queen sized beds in the master bedroom and second bedroom and a single bed in the third bedroom.

(As it is an older home the stairs are a quite steep so not suitable for very young children or those with mobility concerns).

We have a family washroom (tub/shower combo) on the upper level and a 3 piece (shower) on the lower level - a supply of towels are also provided for guests.

A bright and cozy living room welcomes you on the main level and leads to a separate sunlit dining room which is also accessible from the kitchen.

Laundry facilities are located on the main level in the 3 piece washroom at the back of the home. The sunny deck and private yard are accessed through back porch at the rear of the home.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay including crockery (located in buffet in the dining room), pots and pans and cooking utensils and includes a fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. We offer reliable wifi and there is also a TV (no cable) in the living room.

The outdoor space offers a nice sized deck for outdoor dining along with a small fire pit in the sunny private back yard. A BBQ is also offered for guests use.

The driveway is large enough to accommodate 2-3 average sized vehicles.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of locked storage areas and garden shed. The entire outdoor space is available for their use.
